Whalley Physio October Update
Its been another eventful few weeks here at Whalley Physiotherapy and sports injury clinic. We have been busy fixing backs, necks, knees and wrists during the week and at the weekends….
Anne our resident dynamo aka ‘Mother’ has been rattling through her challenge to climb 15 summits and is now at 13/15 following a mini-break to the Lakes.
She has said that she did find the company motivating….
Gemma Smith the newest member of our team is now working days as well as evenings so she is available Mondays 08:00 – 17:45, Tuesday evenings 17:15 – 19:30, Wednesdays 08:00 – 17:45 and Friday mornings 08:00 – 12:20.
Jane and two of our fantastic, brave / crazy (delete as appropriate) patients completed the Highland Way and Jane then went on to beat the Lakeland Monster – a cycling challenge and a half!
No to be out done Hilary made the scramble up to Crinkle Crags and then a “little extra climb” to the Pike o’ Bliscoe in her bid for #whalleychallenge15
And Sue completed a 15 mile walk around Grimwith Reservoir!
We’ve had another two Patient challenges for our Birthday celebrations Ian has completed the Lisbon half marathon and Peter the Chester metric marathon.
We are starting to put plans in place for lots of exciting developments here at Whalley Physiotherapy and we can’t wait to tell you all about them.
