From graduation in 1986, I have built my experience through both the NHS and Private sectors before starting my own practice back in 2000.

My particular areas of speciality are musculoskeletal, soft tissue and sports injury and have worked with some top sports people, including Freddie Flintoff and Laurence Dallaglio on their epic London to Greece cycle tour.

Skiing and Cycling, whether mountain bike or road are one of my particular areas of interest and working with dressage riders on their posture and core stability.

Things I love:

• Walking with myher Black Lab Rio in the Lakes
• Skiing and cycling…even the hills!
• Learning German…poorly!
• Playing netball…holding onto my position by fair means or foul!
